Designed to load & ROTATE long tubes on dual 2-axis tube guide assemblies with robust gear actuated rotation system. Unlike using 3 / 4 jaw chucks, we design and provide material guides for any complex shape and geometry. *So usage of a wide variety of structural profiles and uncommon roll-formed purlins is now possible with our custom designed material guides.
Our machines are capable of using DXF and NC tool paths !

The material travels through the entire production process at a much faster rate. PROBLEMS WITH CONVENTIONAL METHOD : A CRITICAL SHOP-FLOOR ISSUES WE SOLVE
For processing structural profiles conventionally, individual sawing, drilling, hydraulic press punching & notching processes are performed in a sequence as shown in the image. Using multiple notching and drilling machines to perform continuous production will require movement of material throughout the shop-floor to carry out individual machining operations. These old fabrication methods involve changing of notch tools, drill bits etc. to make different cut features on tubes. This is a slow process and has its costs high. |
